| Charted in 1993, Flotilla 87 is the Coast Guard Auxiliary presence on Lake Anna in Virginia. Our mis sion is to promote safe boating. The flotilla conducts water safety patrols and free vessel safety c hecks; teaches safe boating courses; supports local fire/rescue Search and Rescue/Recovery operation s on Lake Anna. Members are available to speak to groups and schools concerning safe boating upon re quest. |
